Abstract

This research was aimed at (1) analyzing and describing the differences of learning achievement between the group of students using STAD learning method and the group of students using Jigsaw learning method (2) describing learning achievement differences between the group of students having high social skills and the group of students having low social skills (3) explaining the interactive effects between the implementation of cooperative learning methods (STAD vs Jigsaw) and the levels of social skills (high and low) toward the learning achievement (4) analyzing and describing the social attitude differences between the group of students using STAD learning method and the group of students using Jigsaw learning method (5) describing the social attitude differences between the group of students having high social skills and the group of students having low social skills and (6) explaining the interactive effects between the implementation of cooperative learning methods (STAD vs Jigsaw) and the levels of social skills (high and low) toward the social attitude differences.
