Teacher is considered as a key factor in determining pupil success because as a person who directly contact with students they have highly important role in improving teaching and learning quality. In case teacher unable in conducting their duties as required by curriculum then educational goals will not be achieved. Teacher performance therefore is considered as a major determinant of school productivity. Research on teacher performance is a kind of theoretical efforts in developing teacher quality. Teacher is required to have high creativity to continuously improve their performance in accordance to curriculum change and development and science and technology progress. Moreover all efforts in improving teacher professionalism will not succeed if teachers themselves do not have creative attitude and motivation. Teacher creativity is mostly needed when they are faced with problems in their teaching and learning process and required to solve the problem timely and accurately. Level of positive performance including high creativity a school personnel contributes to school is highly determined by school climate. School climate on one hand is a main factor in determining behavior and highly influential to school personnel performance. School climate leads teacher to achieve high performance and creativity in improving quality of students teaching and learning process in school. On other hand it may lead teacher to be unresponsive to school activities then they are less effective in achieving school goals together. Any efforts in developing communication effectiveness in school create not only conducive and warm school climate but also deeper meaning to education in school. It will lead teachers to work calmly and pleasantly and they are motivated to have creative attitude and better performance in responsibly conducting their educational duties. Communication effectiveness has high position in maintaining good relationship among school personnel. When communication effectiveness is created in school teacher will effectively and efficiently finish their job which then influencing quality of teacher performance. This research aims at (1) describing level of teacher creativeness communication effectiveness school climate and teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya and finding out relationship level among research variables they are (2) teacher creativity and teacher performance (3) communication effectiveness and teacher performance (4) school climate and teacher performance and (5) teacher creativity communication effectiveness school climate and teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya and (6) finding out level of effective contribution of teacher creativity communication effectiveness school climate to teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya. This research uses descriptive-correlational design and quantitative approach and is conducted in MAN in Malang Raya. Research sample is 152 MAN teachers taken from 250 teachers from 4 MAN in Malang Raya. Sample is taken using proportional random sampling technique. Research data is collected using instrument of close-ended questionnaire created by researcher in the form of rating scale. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis test helped by statistic analysis program SPSS 13 for windows. The result of research suggests that (1) level of communication effectiveness is relatively high teacher creativity school climate and teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya is moderate. There is a significant relationship between (2) teacher creativity and performance (3) communication effectiveness and teacher performance (4) school climate and teacher performance and (5) teacher creativity communication effectiveness school climate and teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya. (6) Effective contribution of teacher creativity communication effectiveness and school climate to teacher performance of MAN in Malang Raya is 43%. Effective contribution of 57% is derived from other factors or variables excluded from regression model equation. Based on the research result it is suggested that teachers of MAN in Malang Raya should consider and improve their creativity and performance through self-development and add knowledge through professional literature training advanced study discussion with colleague open to positive input from others. Principals of MAN in Malang Raya are suggested to consider and improve their climate school condition to improve teacher performance by conducting several techniques approaches and effective and efficient leadership strategy. Policy makers in district educational department and department of religion affairs may use this research result as a consideration factor in conducting program of training and developing MAN teachers creativity and performance in Malang Raya. Other researchers may use these research analysis and result as a comparative factor to conduct further research by using or correlating teacher performance variable with other variables excluded from this research. This will lead to more comprehensive picture for theoretical and practical development of educational management on teacher performance.
