This study intended to identify the level of physical fitness of extracurricular pencak silat participants from Senior High School/Vocational School or equivalent in Purwosari Subdistrict. The research applies a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The study involves a population consisting of extracurricular pencak silat partisipants from Senior High School/Vocational School or equivalent in Purwosari Subdistrict totaling 110 partisipants. The sample in this study was determined using the formula developed by Isaac and Michael with a margin of error of 10% resulting in 78 participants. The research instruments include non-test instruments such as interviews and test instruments including strength agility speed flexibility explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. Based on the analysis of the data the overall physical condition of the extracurricular pencak silat partisipants from Senior High School/Vocational School or equivalent in Purwosari Subdistrict is 51% for male participants and for female participants which can be concluded as being in the moderate category. Coaches and trainers can needs of the extracurricular pencak silat participants.
