The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of life and career skills learning and innovation skills information media and technology skills and the academic environment on work readiness. The research method used a quantitative explanatory approach. The subject were 144 Accounting Education students from the 2020-2022 intakes at the State University of Malang using a proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire distributed through an online platform. The results indicated that all independent variables had a positive and significant influence on work readiness. Therefore students need to improve their survival and career skills learning and innovation skills and information media and technology skills as well as have an adequate and supportive environment to enhance their readiness to enter the industrial world.
