Technological developments are increasingly rapid and require an evaluation of the learning management system of Malang State University SIPEJAR. This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality and service quality on the effectiveness of SIPEJAR. The research method used is quantitative explanatory. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires filled out by 177 undergraduate students of Accounting Education Malang State University. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS found that system quality and service have a positive effect on the effectiveness of SIPEJAR. This indicates that SIPEJAR is of high quality and effective from the perspective of students as users. The results of this study can be a recommendation for Malang State University in maintaining amp optimizing SIPEJAR to improve the learning process for example improving data backup error recovery amp service quality.
