Collaborative skills is one of the key skills in 21st-century education. Collaboration is crucial for improving students academic abilities and also preparing them for success in social and professional life. Learning and media used in schools still not optimal in shaping students skills. Therefore it is necessary to develop fun learning media that can improve collaboration and student learning outcomes. Educational games are a suitable learning medium to be developed and can improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. The research and development conducted aims to develop a valid learning medium called Immuno which is an educational game that contains the material of the body s defense system for grade XI high school students. The research and development conducted using the ADDIE model. The research subjects were 64 grade XI students of SMAN 8 Malang. Data collection was obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods. Two media experts and material experts who are competent in their fields validated the educational game Immuno so that a percentage value of 94% and 100% was obtained based on these results the media created was included in the very valid category. The results of the study showed that the developed educational game immuno was suitable for use with several revisions from the experts.
