Keywords Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service speed user satisfaction school administration. The utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in educational administration services in schools is a necessity. The application of ICT in educational administration can provide significant benefits especially regarding the speed of service and user satisfaction levels. The background of this research is based on the increasing urgency for efficiency and quality in administrative services in the education sector in line with the rising demands from students and parents for responsive and professional services. The use of ICT in school administration is considered to have great potential to reduce traditional barriers and support better governance. This research aims to analyze the impact of the use of ICT and the speed of service on student satisfaction as users of administrative services in vocational schools in Batu City. The specific objectives of this research are to (1) measure the level of ICT usage (2) measure the level of administrative service speed (3) measure the level of student satisfaction (4) analyze the impact of ICT usage on student satisfaction (5) analyze the impact of service speed on student satisfaction (6) analyze the impact of ICT usage on service speed and (7) analyze the simultaneous impact of ICT usage and service speed on student satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive correlational approach. The population of this study consists of all vocational school students in Batu City totaling 2 566 students with a sample of 347 students taken using Slovin s formula and proportional random sampling techniques. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis prerequisite analysis tests (normality multicollinearity heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing (multiple regression t-test F-test and coefficient of determination R sup2 ) with the assistance of SPSS 27. Based on the analysis of the data several conclusions can be drawn. First the level of ICT usage in vocational high schools in Batu City is categorized as high indicating that the schools have optimally utilized information systems management software and technological infrastructure in administrative activities. Second the speed of administrative services in vocational high schools in Batu City is also categorized as high meaning that the service processes have been carried out quickly accurately and in accordance with the needs of service users. Third the satisfaction level of administrative service users in vocational high schools in Batu City falls into the high category reflecting that students as users feel satisfied with the quality of services provided by the school administration. Fourth there is a significant influence of ICT usage on service satisfaction indicating that good utilization of information technology positively impacts increasing the satisfaction of administrative service users. Fifth the speed of service also has a significant impact on service satisfaction emphasizing that the faster and more responsive the service provided the higher the level of satisfaction felt by users. Sixth the use of ICT significantly affects the speed of administrative services indicating that the utilization of technology can expedite the administrative service process. Finally the use of ICT and the speed of service simultaneously have a significant impact on service satisfaction indicating that the combination of both can create a more efficient accurate and satisfying administrative system. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are for school administrative staff it is hoped that they will participate in regular training and mentoring to enhance their skills in operating technology as well as instill a culture of quick and responsive work continuously modernizing systems by improving the quality of ICT infrastructure such as networks and hardware and utilizing integrated information systems while periodically updating software to ensure data efficiency and accuracy. For future researchers this study is expected to serve as an additional reference source that is useful for refining similar research or research with different methods even in different locations as well as considering other factors that have not been covered in this study.
