p This study aims to analyze the relationship between time management and transactional leadership on team performance at the Assistant Vice President (AVP) level at PT X. Referring to Path-Goal Theory this study considers that both variables have a strategic correlation in supporting teamwork effectiveness in the context of a highly regulated banking organization. Using a correlational quantitative approach data was collected from 135 AVPs through the Time Management Behavior Scale (TMBS) Transactional Leadership Scale and Team Performance Scale (TPS). The correlation test results showed that time management had a significant positive relationship with team performance (rs 0.554 medium category N 102) while transactional leadership also had a significant positive relationship (rs 0.439 medium category N 135). These findings suggest that the two variables complement each other in supporting the quality of team interactions and the achievement of organizational targets. This study makes a practical contribution to the development of data-driven leadership and training in the banking sector as well as a theoretical contribution by combining two variables in one collective analytical framework that has not been widely explored in the context of mid-level team leadership. /p
