p This research aims conducted to explore and understand how intellectual capital influences firm performance moderated by family management. This research applies a quantitative approach to test the hypothesis through moderated regression analysis using STATA analysis tools. This research data were taken and collected from the annual and financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2023. The sample in this research was 742 non-financial and non-state-owned enterprises (SOEs) with 3.095 observational data selected through a purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on firm performance while family management moderation can weaken the interaction of intellectual capital with firm performance as measured by the Net Profit Margin. /p
