The lack of media and learning resources has been an obstacle for students in learning the major laws of chemistry. The advancement of digital transformation in education offers a variety of learning media that can be adjusted to the needs of students in achieving learning goals. This research aims to produce a learning site integrated to the discovery learning model for the major laws of chemistry. To achieve this goal The Research and Development (R amp D) method was applied using the ADDIE model. The data were collected using need assesment questionnaires content and media validation questionnaires pretest and posttest questionnaires and student readability questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results showed that the learning site is highly feasible to use with a percentage of 94.0% for content and 95.5% for the media and 93.0 % for the student readability. The assessment of learning implementation obtained 90.1% results with very good criteria. The assessment of learning implementation obtained 90.1% results with very good criteria. In addition the developed site improved the learning outcomes of the students as evidenced by an increase in the average pretest and posttest scores as summative assessments.
