p This research aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style on the work performance of bus crews at PT Gilang Sembilan Sembilan. Work performance is a crucial aspect in the transportation industry as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and service quality. This study employs a non-experimental research design with a quantitative approach and uses non-probability sampling technique with total sampling method for data collection. The research utilizes two scales situational leadership style scale to measure situational leadership style and Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) to measure work performance. Data analysis technique in this study uses a regression model. The results prove that there is a positive and significant influence between situational leadership style and work performance with a significance value of 0.000 lt (0.05) and t-count of 13.384 gt (1.671). /p
