p Complete Basic Immunization is one of the main pillars in efforts to prevent infectious diseases in children such as Hepatitis B Tuberculosis Diphtheria Pertussis Tetanus Haemophilus influenzae type b Polio Measles and Rubella. Although the importance of complete basic immunization has been emphasized the achievements are still far from the set targets. In 2021 the complete basic immunization achievement at Community Health Center Bumiaji was recorded at 100.8% but decreased significantly to 85.8% in 2022 and decreased further to 75.7% in 2023 making it the Community Health Center with the lowest complete basic immunization achievement in Batu city. This study aims to determine how the management of the complete basic immunization program has been carried out at Community Health Center Bumiaji. This research is a descriptive qualitative study conducted with in-depth interviews observation and documentation. The results showed that the immunization program at Community Health Center Bumiaji still faces challenges such as multiple workloads health workers have not participated in training and certification and vaccine vacancies. In addition funding sources that only come from BOK and non-routine supervision of implementation also affect the effectiveness of the program. Complete Basic Immunization coverage in 2023 only reached 78% still below the national target of 100% so improvements are needed in both input and process aspects. /p
