p This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance on the capital structure of BUMN. The dependent variable in this research is capital structure measured by the total debt ratio while the independent variables consist of the audit committee CEO duality and board independence. The sample comprises 17 BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2023 selected using a purposive sampling method. Panel data regression analysis was employed to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that the audit committee and CEO duality have no significant effect on capital structure whereas board independence has a significant influence on capital structure /p
