p This study aims to analyze the investment scheme implement by MSME Warkop Brewok Kota II Kota Malang City in collaboration with investors as an alternative source of founding in developing its business. Through a qualitative method with a case study approach this study explores the investment scheme used the role of investors funding management and the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing the investors investment scheme. The results of the study show that the investment scheme implemented in Warkop Brewok in supporting its business development is a profit sharing investment scheme with 3 phases that are mutually beneficial between investor and Warkop Brewok. Despite facing challenges such as income fluctuations due to seasonal factors Warkop Brewok still managed to take advantage of opportunities to continue to innovate and expand nes branches. The conclusion of this study explains that the role of investor funding is very helps in innovation and expansion of new branches of Warkop Brewok. /p
