p This research was conducted at PT. Alam Sinar Malang Regency a company engaged in the management of hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste which has high occupational safety risks and requires effective leadership to maintain employee performance. The variables of work environment and leadership style were chosen because they directly influence employee productivity discipline and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work environment and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Light Nature. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 117 respondents who were permanent employees of PT. Alam Sinar selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The results indicate that both work environment and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A conducive work environment and democratic leadership style improve discipline productivity and work motivation. The conclusion highlights that the company needs to strengthen occupational safety effective communication and encourage leaders to be more participative and supportive of employee initiatives. This study suggests that maintaining a democratic leadership style mdash emphasizing open communication participatory decision-making and appreciation of employee contributions mdash can further optimize employee performance. /p
