This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the cooperative learning strategy of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by the Snake Ladder Game as well as its influence on enhancing students motivation and learning outcomes in qiraah. This PTK uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model approach (1988) involving the students of class VIII A at MTs NU Miftahul Huda Turen. The research was conducted in two cycles with data collection instruments including observation sheets for teacher and student activities student motivation questionnaires qiraah learning outcome tests interviews and documentation. The research was carried out in four stages (1) planning (2) implementation (3) observation and (4) reflection. The results showed that the cooperative learning model of TGT assisted by the game of snakes and ladders can significantly increase students motivation and qiraah learning outcomes. This is evident from the increase in the percentage of student activities from 65.47% in the first cycle to 83.33% in the second cycle. Student learning motivation showed an increase as indicated by the rise in the average gain score from 0.143 to 0.301 in the subsequent cycle. Additionally the percentage of students achieving positive qiraah learning outcomes increased from 61.5% to 80.3%. The snakes and ladders game using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method offers learning steps that can create a more enjoyable learning atmosphere.
