Buku The Reentry and Utilization of Overseas Training Program Returnees: Second Indonesia-IBRD Teacher Training Project, Volume 1 karya Nuril Huda adalah kajian mendalam mengenai pengalaman dan kontribusi para lulusan program pelatihan luar negeri yang kembali ke Indonesia. Diterbitkan oleh Graduate School IKIP Malang pada tahun 1989, buku ini memfokuskan perhatian pada proyek pelatihan guru yang didanai oleh IBRD (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development), yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.
