Desain Software komunikasi data sensor dankendali actuator menggunakanbahasa C sedangkandesain software visualisasi data akusisimenggunakan Visual Basic.net 2012.Inputanmenggunakan sensor simulasimaupun sensor ABS-TCS-4WS ECU-ABSdemikian juga aktuatornya.Data base bahan ajar SOP work sheet dan bank soalmenggunakan hot potato dan website desain. Untukmengujiefektifitasproduk telahdilakukanujikompetensimateri ABS-TCS-4WS untukmembedakanhasil microteaching menggunakanalatperagapasifdibandinghasilproduk.Hasilnya di uji statistic anovadenganvariable bebas (Faktor) Program studi IndekPrestasi(IP) danTreatmentalatperagapasifdaninteraktif. Keywords Effectiveness Interactive ABS-TCS-4WS Computer engineering The Andragogic aproach (student-center learning method) applied for the ABS-TCS-4WS theory course is match to be facilitated by books animations movies or internet networks but its application to the laboratory practice is ineffective because there is no appropriate ABS-TCS-4WS simulator product. Initial research concluded that in general the ABS-TCS-4WS product either used passive and not interactive hardware design or even they do not use computer engineering. This results are it is inefficient and produce no capable learning practices For the solution of the problem Authors did a research and development that produces computer based interactive an ABS-TCS-4WS laboratory simulator that perspective to andragogik. It can provide in two-way communication between students with ABS-TCS-4WS equipment and available to display interesting communication in the form of data streams gauges graphics and verbal sentences so that learners learn creatively and independently (andragogik). Computer based interactive ABS-ESP-4WS software design using ATmega 16A Microcontroller for USART protocol and LM327 for OBD2 protocol communication. Software design for sensor data communication and actuator control using C language while the data aquistion software using Visual Basic.net 2012. Input device are constructed by sensor simulator and ABS-TCS-4WS ECU-ABS sensor as well as its actuator. Data base of teaching materials SOPs work sheets and question bank are realized by hot potato and website design. To test the effectiveness of the product the the experiment of micro teaching is used to test the performance of the simulator through the independent variable (Factor) D3 of Motor Vehicle Testing D4 of Automotive Safety Engineering andD4 of Road Transport Safety Management achievement index (IP) of student and the treatment of Passive and interactive simulator. The dependent variable is the value of the competency test of ABS-TCS-4WS after and before treatment in microteaching. To analyze the results anova was applied. The result of the research shows that the product of computer based interactive ABS-TCS-4WS is effective to be used in all PKTJ-Tegal studies program with rank of (1) D4 TKO (2) D3 PKB and (3) D4 MKTJ while related to IP semester As higher as the IP was more effective.
