Kata kunci hasil belajar ips modelprobing prompting learning Hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SDN Bendogerit 2 Kota Blitar pada tema Indahnya Keberagaman di Negeriku muatan IPS guru mengajar menggunakan metode ceramah guru tidak mengunakan media dan guru tidak menggunakan variasi model pembelajaran. Sehingga siswa menjadi malas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal itu mengakibatkan hasil belajar siswa kurang baik atau belum maksimal yaitu 8 dari 21 siswa yang tuntas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan model Probing Prompting Learning dan mendiskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam tema Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku muatan IPS. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus tiap siklus dilaksanakan 2 pertemuan masing-masing pertemuan terdiri dari perencanaan pelaksanaan pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi tes dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama nilai aktivitas guru pada siklus I sebesar70% kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 100%. Kedua aktifitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 65% kemudian terjadi peningkatan menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Ketiga hasil belajar aspek psikomotor jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 5 siswa dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 24%. Sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi19 siswa dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 91%. Keempat aspek kognitif jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 5 siswa dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 24 % kemudian terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 19 dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 91%. Kelima hasil belajar jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I sebanyak 6 siswa dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 29 % kemudian terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 19 dari 21 siswa dengan persentase 91%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Probing Prompting Learning dalam tema Indahnya Keberagaman di Negeriku muatan IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dari aspek psikomotorik dan kognitif. This study have a purpose to describe of the application of Probing Prompting Learning and model in theme The Beautiful Of Diversity In My Country Freight Social Science. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of research is a class action research. The study conducted 2 cycles each cycle conducted two meetings each meeting consist of planning implementation observation and reflection. The data collection used observation test documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used qualitative analysis includes data reduction data presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of research findings as follows firstly the value of the activities of teachers is 70% after the second cycle increased to 100%. Second the activities of students in the first cycle is 65% and then can increased to 100% in the second cycle. Third psychomotor aspects of learning outcomes at the firstly just 5 from 21 students with a percentage of 24%. While on the second cycle increased till 19 from 21 students with a percentage 91%. Fourth cognitive aspects of learning programe at the firstly just 5 from 21 students with a percentage of 24% and then increased in the second cycle to 19 of the 21 students with a percentage of 91%. Fifth the learning outcomes of students at the firstly cycle as much as 6 from 21 students with a percentage of 29% and then increased in the second cycle to 19 of the 21 students with a percentage of 91%. The conclution of the research about applicability of the Probing Prompting Learning model in a theme The Beautiful of Diversity in My Country Freight Social Science can increase of teachers and students activity and can improve student learning outcomes other aspect like psychomotor and cognitive side.
