Kata Kunci Pengembangan Bahan Ajar E-Learning Workshop Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Workshop instalasi tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang ada di prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang. Berdasarkan observasi pada perkuliahan workshop instalasi tenaga listrik di prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang ditemukan permasalahan yaitu masih ada mahasiswa yang kesulitan mengerjakan tugas praktikum belum tersedianya bahan ajar di e-learning UM fasilitas wifi di lingkungan Jurusan Teknik Elektro kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam perkuliahan. Sedangkan jurusan teknik elektro memiliki potensi adanya laboratorium yang didukung trainer dan peralatan praktikum yang memadai tersedia e-learning UM serta akses wifi yang sudah baik. Berdasarkan masalah dan potensi tersebut maka dibuatlah pengembangan bahan ajar E-Learning untuk matakuliah Workshop Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang. Bahan Ajar E-Learning merupakan bahan ajar yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah merancang membuat dan menguji kelayakan bahan ajar E-Learning pada matakuliah Workshop Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model Sugiyono yang terdiri dari (1) identifikasi potensi dan masalah (2) pengumpulan data (3) desain produk (4) validasi desain (5) perbaikan desain (6) uji coba produk (7) revisi produk (8) uji coba pemakaian (9) revisi produk (10) produk akhir atau produksi massal. Ahli materi melibatkan Drs. Hari Putranto selaku Dosen pengampu matakuliah Workshop Instalasi Tenaga Listrik sedangkan ahli media melibatkan Drs. Suwasono M.T. yang ahli di bidang media pembelajaran. Uji coba kelompok kecil melibatkan Mahasiswa S1 PTE 2013 yang berjumlah 10 orang sedangkan uji coba kelompok besar melibatkan Mahasiswa S1 PTE 2013 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil uji kelayakan produk menyatakan bahwa hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh persentase 90.385 % hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh persentase 86.111 % hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh persentase 85.288 % dan hasil uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh persentase 87 788 %. Dari hasil validasi dan uji coba produk dengan persentase rata-rata di atas 85% maka bahan ajar dinyatakan sangat valid dan layak digunakan. ABSTRACT Huda Masdea Rahmat Ainun. 2017. Based on the problems and potentials then made the development of Workshop of Electrical Power Installation Teaching Materials through E-Learning in Undergraduate Student of Electrical Engineering Education in Universitas Negeri Malang. E-Learning Teaching Materials is a teaching material that utilizes information and communication technology in teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to design create and test the feasibility of teaching materials E-Learning on the workshop of Electrical Power Installation in Undergraduate Student of Electrical Engineering Education in Universitas Negeri Malang. This development using Sugiyono model consist of (1) identification of potential and problem (2) data collection (3) product design (4) design validation (5) product design (7) product revision (8) trial usage (9) product revision (10) final product or mass production. The material expert is Drs. Hari Putranto as a lecturer of course workshop of Electric Power Installation while the media expert is Drs. Suwasono M.T. who are experts in the field of learning media. Small group trial involving PTE 2013 undergraduate students amounted to 10 people while large group trials involving PTE 2013 undergraduate students totaling 30 people. The result of product feasibility test stated that the expert media validation result obtained 90.385% percentage the material expert s validation result is 86.111% the small group trial result is 85.288% and the large group trial result is 87 788%. From the validation and trial results of the product with an average percentage above 85% then the teaching material is declared very valid and feasible to use.
