Kata Kunci Prestasi praktik kerja industri motivasi belajar kompetensi keahlian Berdasarkan observasi dengan siswa SMK kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Ketenagalistrikan di Kota Malang prakerin dirasakan sangat penting untuk membentuk lulusan yang berkompetensi serta berpengalaman dalam bidangnya. Praktik kerja industri juga bertujuan sebagai sarana pendekatan antara sekolah dengan pihak industri. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi uji kompetensi keahlian karena motivasi belajar merupakan suatu keharusan yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Prestasi prakerin dan motivasi belajar yang ada mampu meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penguasaan kompetensi keahlian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian (Y) (2) mendeskripsikan tingkat prestasi praktik kerja industri (X1) (3) mendeskripsikan tingkat motivasi belajar (X2) (4) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara X1 dengan Y (5) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara X2 dengan Y (6) mengetahui signifikansi hubungan secara simultan antara X1 dan X2 dengan Y siswa SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Ketenagalistrikan di Kota Malang. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif korelasional. Responden penelitian siswa SMK kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Ketenagalistrikan di Kota Malang. Pengumpulan data masing-masing variabel menggunakan dokumentasi untuk variabel prakerin dan variabel kompetensi keahlian kuisioner untuk variabel motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian (1) prestasi praktik kerja industri (X1) dikategorikan cukup sebesar 73 58% (2) motivasi belajar (X2) dikategorikan tinggi sebesar 79 66% (3) tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian (Y) dikategorikan cukup sebesar 47 45% (4) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara X1 dengan Y (5) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara X2 dengan Y (6) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara X1 dan X2 secara simultan dengan Y. Sumbangan relatif X1 sebesar 82 30% dan sumbangan relatif X2 sebesar 17 70%. Sedangkan sumbangan efektif X1 sebesar 30 85% dan sumbangan efektif X2 sebesar 6 64%. The objectives of the research are (1) to describe the level of competency skill (Y) (2) describe the level of achievement of industrial work practices (X1) (3) to describe the level of learning motivation (X2) (4) to know the significance of the relationship between X1 and Y (5) to know the significance of the relationship between X2 and Y (6) to know the significance of the relationship simultaneously between X1 and X2 with Y students of Competence of Vocational High School Student Class XII Expertise Program of Electricity Engineering Skill in Malang City. Quantitative research with correlational descriptive. Respondent of research Program of Electricity Engineering Skill in Malang City. Collection of each variable using documentation and questionnaire. Result of research (1) achievement of industrial work practice (X1) categorized enough to 73 58% (2) learning motivation (X2) is categorized as high as 79 66% (3) the level of skill competency (Y) is categorized enough by 47 4% (4) there is a positive and significant correlation between X1 and Y (5) there is a positive and significant correlation between X2 and Y (6) there is a positive and significant influence between X1 and X2 simultaneously with Y. The relative contribution of X1 is 82 30% and relative contribution of X2 is 17 70%. While effective contribution of X1 equal to 30 85% and effective contribution of X2 equal to 6 64%. Conclusion There is a positive and significant influence between the achievement of industry practice and learning motivation toward the level of mastery of Competence of Vocational High School Student Class XII Expertise Program of Electricity Engineering Skill in Malang City.
