Kata kunci kesiapan kerja prokrastinasi akademik adversity quotient Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah lembaga pendidikan formal tingkat menengah dengan kekhususan mempersiapkan lulusannya untuk siap bekerja. Namun dalam realitanya banyak siswa yang tidak terserap dalam dunia kerja karena perilakunya sendiri salah satunya yaitu menunda-nunda pekerjaan (prokrastinasi akademik). Dalam dunia kerja saat ini yang diperlukan adalah kematangan individu secara fisik maupu mental. Secara mental siswa harus dilatih untuk dapat menghadapi berbagai macam permasalahan. Hal itu dibutuhkan adversity quotient yang baik untuk menunjang kesiapan kerja siswa. Siswa yang memiliki adversity quotient yang tinggi adalah siswa yang memiliki daya juang dalam menggapai impian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan prokrastinasi akademik adversity quotient dan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII program Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK se-Kota Malang (2) mengungkap signifikansi hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII program Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK se-Kota Malang (3) mengungkap signifikansi hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII program Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Se-Kota Malang dan (4) mengungkap signifikansi hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik dan adversity quotient secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa kelas XII program Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK se-Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII program Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK se-Kota Malang dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 87 siswa. Didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur variabel X1 varaiabel X2 dan Y menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi parsial dan regresi ganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) kesiapan kerja berada dalam katagori tinggi (2) prokrastinasi akademik berada dalam kategori rendah (3) adversity quotient berada dalam kategori tinggi (4) ada hubungan signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan kesiapan kerja (5) ada hubungan signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan kesiapan kerja dan (6) ada hubungan signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dan adversity quotient dengan kesiapan kerja. Keywords work readiness academic procrastinate adversity quotient Vocational High School (SMK) is an intermediate level of formal education with the specialization to prepare to be ready for work. But the reality is a lot of students who are not absorbed in the world of work because of its own behavior such as academic procrastinate. In the current world of work is required to be individual maturity as physically and mentally. Mentally students should be trained to be able to face a variety of problems. It takes Adversity Quotient of good work readiness to support the students. Students who have a high adversity quotient are students who have fighting power in reaching their dreams. The purposes of this research are (1) describing the academic procrastinate adversity quotient and work readiness on XII Grade of Electricity Installation engineering program at SMK in Malang City (2) reveal the significance of the relationship between academic procrastinate and work readiness on XII Grade of Electricity Installation engineering program at SMK in Malang City (3) reveal the significant of the relationship between the adversity quotient and work readiness on XII Grade of Electricity Installation engineering program at SMK in Malang City and (4) reveal the significant of the relationship between the academic procrastinate and adversity quotient as simultaneous toward the work readiness on XII Grade of Electricity Installation engineering program at SMK in Malang City. This research is quantitative research using descriptive correlational research design. This research was conducted on the students of XII grade of Electricity Installation engineering program at SMK of Malang City with a total population of 87 students. The number of samples obtained 86 students using purposive sampling technique. To measure the variables X1 X2 and Y variables using the research instrument in the form of closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique is used a partial correlation and regression analysis. The data analysis was done using SPSS. The results of this research are (1) work readiness is in high category (2) academic procrastinate is in low category (3) adversity quotient is in high category (4) there is a significant relationship between academic procrastinate and work readiness (5) there is a significant relationship between adversity quotient and work readiness and (6) there is a significant relationship between academic procrastinate and adversity quotient with work readiness.
