Ak Kata Kunci Think Pair Share (TPS) Numbered Head Together (NHT) Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Berdasarkan pengamatan pra penelitian siswa kelas XI IPS 6 memiliki hasil belajar yang rendah hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai ulangan harian siswa. Rata-rata nilai UH siswa sebesar 60 29 dengan siswa yang tuntas dari nilai KKM sebanyak 2 siswa dari jumlah 28 siswa. Selain itu motivasi belajar siswa juga kurang. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya ketertarikan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Sehingga banyak siswa yang pada saat pembelajaran dimulai siswa banyak yang ramai bicara sendiri dan tidak fokus terhadap pelajaran. Apabila motivasi belajar siswa kurang maka akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa hal ini ditegaskan pada jurnal yang dihasilkan oleh Fidha (2014). Model pembelajaran yang diduga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi adalah think pair share (TPS) dan numbered head together (NHT). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI IPS 6 SMA Brawijaya Smart School. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 6 SMA Brawijaya Smart School dengan jumlah 28 siswa yang terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh dari angket berupa motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) dan numbered head together (NHT). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi wawancara test catatan lapangan dokumentasi dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) dan numbered head together (NHT). Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan hasil motivasi belajar persentase pada siklus I 76 92% sementara pada siklus II 86 80%. Sedangkan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif nilai rata-rata sebesar 71 68 sehingga persentase pada siklus I 16 siswa tuntas sebesar 57 14% sementara nilai rata-rata pada siklus II sebesar 89 5 sehingga persentase 27 siswa yang tuntas sebesar 96 43%. Persentase keterlaksanaan tindakan peneliti pada siklus I 82 2% pada siklus II 92 8% juga mengalami peningkatan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) dan numbered head together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 6 SMA Brawijaya Smart School. The learning model that is suspected to improve the motivation and learning outcome of the economy is the think pair share (TPS) and numbered head together (NHT) The type of this research is classroom action research with qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to improve the motivation and learning outcome of student especially on economic subjects 11th grade IPS 6 SMA Brawijaya Smart School. This research carried out in 2 the cycle of each cycle consists of 3 times the meeting. The subject of the research is that the students 11th IPS 6 SMA Brawijaya Smart School with the number of 28 students consisting of 13 male student and 15 students women teaching year 2016/2017. In this research the data obtained from questionnaires form of motivation to learn and the outcome of student learning venues after the imposition of cognitive learning model think pair share (TPS) and numbered head together (NHT). The instrument used is the observation sheet interview test note the field documentation and questionnaires Based on the research result it can be seen that there is an increase motivation and student learning outcome after the implemention of learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT). It can be shown that the result of motivation to learn have the percentage of 76.92% in the first cycle while the second cycle of 86.80%. While the learning outcome in the cognitive domain have average value of 71.68 so that the percentage of the 16 students completed the first cycle of 60.71% while the average value in the second cycle of 89.5 so that the percentage of students who complete 27 of 96 43%. The precentage of implementation of the researchers action of 82.2% in the first cycle the second cycle of 92.8% also increased. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of the learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) can improve motivation and learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 6 Highschool of Brawijaya Smart School. This learning model can be applied by teachers the economy as the variation of the implementation of the learning material that is that more knowledge in.
