Since the Ministry of Education and Culture released the teacher activator program in 2020 to transform education in Indonesia many studies have discussed the important role of the teacher activator in bringing the Pancasila learner profile into reality. Thus this study intends to explore how an English teacher as the activator integrates the six values of the Pancasila into ELT and this study also intends to know what is the teacher rsquo s perception of the significance of being a teacher as an activator. This research applies descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. The subject of this research is only one English teacher because the teacher has fulfilled the criteria of being a teacher activator from Mendikbud. The data were collected through documents observations and an unstructured interview. Then the data were analyzed through several steps preparing the data from documents which are lesson plans interview transcripts and observation field notes reading them to obtain a general sense coding the data and interrelating all of them to generate the theme/description about the Pancasila values. The result of this study shows that the English teacher activator integrates the values of global diversity mutual assistance independent and creativity through differentiated instruction which focus on students rsquo need. The second moral value independent value critical thinking value and creativity value are integrated at the beginning and the end of the learning activity through apperception motivation and reflection. The third in integrating independent value the English teacher activator uses the scaffolding method to assist the students who need help step-by-step without interfering. The fourth the independent value is also integrated by the English teacher activator through the frequent use of applications such as Mentimeter Padlet Youtube Quizziz and Gmail. Last the English teacher activator uses the restitution triangle strategy to discipline the students while integrating the independent value and creativity value. The English teacher rsquo s perception showed that after being a teacher activator the teacher has consciousness that the teaching and learning process which prioritizes students rsquo attitudes over students rsquo knowledge is very important to prepare students to face real life in their society. Thus the researcher suggests that the way of the English teacher as an activator can be imitated by English teachers. The researcher also suggests that further researchers in the same field can find more English teachers as teacher activators and conduct more observation to get data saturation.
