Microfinance could empower the MSMEs rsquo economics by providing financial services the same as the bank with such minimum requirements. In order to understand consumer behavior in using the services this study focuses on analyzing the influence of financial literacy product quality and income on consumer decision-making in using financial services provided by microfinance institutions in BMT SWM Malang. The population of this study is registered members of BMT SWM Malang and the samples were calculated around 92 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis with the help of LISREL 8.80. It is found that financial literacy insignificantly influences decision-making. Product quality significantly influences decision-making. Meanwhile income negatively affects decision-making and is not significant. This study is expected to help policymakers to develop strategies to help microfinance institutions grow.
