Student s successfulness in mastering the learning subject at school is tied to some influencing factors. Those factors can be both derived internally from themselves and externally. The internal factors are learning habit and learning motivation. As in the learning habit by practicing a good learning way they are expected to be able to reach the demanded learning achievement. A good learning practice is a competence possessed by each student to do some exercises in his learning effort which then it is tightly attached to himself in his act and docontinuously or repeatedly through a fixed teaching and learning process. By having a good learning habit each effort in learning will deliver a satisfying result. Learning motivation affects dominantly in achieving the learning objective. Without motivation coming from the students themselves to learn seriously they will not be able to reach the learning objective. The learning objective is making maximum achievement. Based on the existing problem formulation the research s aim is describing the learning habit learning motivation and learning motivation of SMK PGRI Lumajang s Students in Office Administration Program. Besides it analyzes both partially and simultaneously the effect of learning habit and learning motivation toward learning achievement of SMK PGRI (Private Vocational School of the Teacher Assoction of the Indonesia Republic) Lumajang s students in Office Administration Program. In the data collection phase this research employs questionnaire and documentation methods. The questionnaire is held to gain the independent variables data which are the data of learning habit (X1) and learning motivation (X2) while the documentation is hired to gain the dependent variable s data which are the data of learning achievement (Y) in the form of average score result in semester I. The population is the whole students of SMK PGRI Lumajang in Office Administration Program. The gathered data are processed by using descriptive statistic technique and linear multiple regression. The descriptive statistical analysis is used for describing the learning habit learning motivation and learning achievement. While the linear multiple regression analysis is used for knowing the effect of learning habit (X1) and learning motivation (X2) toward learning achievement both partially and simultaneously. From the descriptive statistic result it shows things as follow the percentage analysis from 30 students shows that 56.7% respondents (17 students) have good learning habit 66.7% respondents (20 students) have good learning
