Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceptions of provisions perceptions of usefulness and risk perceptions of credit restructuring policies on the decisions of debtors of Bank BRI Gadang Unit Malang City. In this study using a quantitative approach with SEM analysis method. This study used 33 respondents who were obtained from questionnaires given to debtors of Bank BRI Gadang Unit Malang City. The questionnaire data was then processed using the SmartPLS 3 application through validity and reliability tests classical multicollinearity assumption tests determinant coefficient tests and regression analysis tests. The results of this study indicate that the questionnaire is valid and reliable there is no multicollinearity then R2 is 55.1% and there are 2 independent variables that have a significant effect on the dependent variable of the debtor s decision. 2 independent variables that have a significant effect namely the perceived benefit variable and the variable perceived risk of credit restructuring.
