Abstract

Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuipengaruhintervaltrainingterhadappeningkatanvo2maxpadasiswapesertaekstrakurikulerfutsal.Rancanganpenelitianyangdigunakanadalahpraeksperimentaldenganmodeltheonegroupprestest-postestdesign.PopulasiberasaldariseluruhsiswapesertaekstrakurikulerfutsalSMPNegeri2CandiSidoarjoyangberjumlah72anakkemudian23anakdipilihsecaraacakuntukdijadikansampel.Teknikanalisisstatistikyangdigunakanadalahuji-tamatanulangan.Selamaperiodepelatihankelompokeksperimenmenjalaniprogramlatihanselama6minggudenganfrekuensipertemuan3kalisetiapminggu.Instrumenyangdigunakanadalahmultistagefitnesstest.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanterdapatperbedaanmeanantaratesawal(pretest)yaitu34091danhasiltesakhir(posttest)yaitu36052.Pengujiandengananalisisuji-tamatanulangandilakukanterhadapdataskortesawaldantesakhirmultistagefitnesstestdengantarafsignifikansi5%denganderajadkebebasan23-122.Hasiluji-tamatanulangandiperolehthitung3700729ttabel2074.Kesimpulanyangdiperolehdaripenelitianiniadalahadapengaruhyangsignifikanpemberianintervaltrainingterhadappeningkatanvo2maxsiswapesertaekstrakurikulerfutsalSMPNegeri2CandiSidoarjo.Thepurposeofthisstudywastostudytheeffectofintervaltrainingonincreasingvo2maxforstudentsparticipatinginfutsalextracurricularactivities.Theresearchdesignusedwaspre-experimentalwiththedesignmodelofoneprestest-posttestgroup.ThepopulationcamefromallstudentsparticipatinginthefutsalextracurricularactivityatSMPNegeri2CandiSidoarjowhoreceived72childrenthen23childrenwererandomlyselectedtobesampled.Thestatisticalanalysistechniqueusedisthereplicationobservationtest.Duringthetrainingperiodthepilottrialprogramfor6weekswiththefrequencyofmeetings3timeseachweek.Theinstrumentusedisamultistagefitnesstest.Theresultsshowedthattherewasadifferencebetweentheinitialtest(pretest)whichwas34091andthefinaltestresult(posttest)was36052.Testswithrepeatobservationt-testanalysiswereperformedonthedataoftheinitialtestscoresandthefinaltestofthemultistagefitnesstestwithasignificancelevelof5%withadegreeoffreedom23-122.Theresultsoftherepeatedobservationttestwereobtainedt370.0729table2074.Theconclusionobtainedfromthisstudyisthattherearethosewhoprovidesignificantintervaltrainingtotheincreasevo2maxofstudentsparticipatinginthefutsalextracurricularactivityatSMPNegeri2CandiSidoarjo.KatakunciFutsalDayaTahanVO2maxIntervalTraining
