Sampel yang digunakan adalah tikus putih jenis rattus norvegicus wistarjantansebanyak 24 ekoryang dibagimenjaditiga kelompok (K1 K2 dan K3) secara acak berdasarkan berat badan diberi perlakuan berupa latihantreadmilldengandiiringimusik tempo cepat(allegro)frekuensilatihan 3 kaliseminggu selama 10 minggu. K1 kelompokolahragaintensitasmoderat yang diiringidenganmusik tempo cepat(allegro) K2 kelompokolahragaintensitastinggiyang diiringidenganmusik tempo cepat(allegro) K3 kelompokkontroltanpalatihantapidiputarkanmusik. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan reratakadar kalsiumtulangpaling rendah terdapat pada kelompok tikus yang diberi latihanmoderat yang diiringidenganmusik tempo cepat(allegro)sebesar1 06658ppm dilanjutkandengankelompokintensitastinggi yang diiringimusik tempo cepat(allegro)sebesar1 32285ppmdan kadar kalsium paling tinggi terdapat pada kelompok tikuskontrol yang didengarkanmusik tempo cepat(allegro) sebesar1 41343ppm. The development of osteoporosis in the world is increasing every year. Passive lifestyle is a trigger factor high risk of osteoporosis. Sport is one stimulator in suppressing the occurrence of osteoporosis. But not all sports beneficial for the body exercise can also be a stressor body that result in the risk of bone fracture. Listening to music can be used as a method in reducing exercise-induced stress. So in this study aims to prove the influence of moderate intensity exercise and high intensity with musical accompaniment fast tempo (allegro) to the level of calcium in the bones. This research uses experimental research design laboratories with the draft Random Control Group Posttest-Only Design. The sample used is a white mouse type of Rattus norvegicus Wistar males were 24 tails were divided into three groups (K1 K2 and K3) were randomized by weight treated form of exercise treadmill with music accompanied by a fast tempo (allegro) the frequency of exercise three times a week for 10 weeks. K1 moderate intensity exercise group were accompanied by music fast tempo (allegro) K2 high-intensity exercise groups were accompanied by music fast tempo (allegro) K3 control group without exercise but the music being played. The results showed a mean bone calcium levels are the lowest found in mice fed a moderate exercise is accompanied by music fast tempo (allegro) of 1.06658 ppm followed by the high intensity group were accompanied by music fast tempo (allegro) of 1.32285 ppm and calcium levels is highest in the group of control mice that listened to music fast tempo (allegro) of 1.41343 ppm. Based on analysis of these data we concluded that there was no significant difference between moderate intensity exercise that is accompanied by music fast tempo (allegro) and high-intensity exercise with music fast tempo (allegro) but based on the average there is a tendency.
