The instrument and infrastructure generally has an important role in KBM or PBM (Studying Process or Activity) and to increase the education quality. Based on the problem of the study this study tries to reveal the role of headmaster increasing of education instrument and infrastructure which focuses (1) What the headmaster role which can be function to increase the increasing of the education instrument and infrastructure in school is (2) What the education instrument and infrastructure which can be priority to be increased is (3) How the headmaster carries on the effort to increase the increasing of education instrument and infrastructure.The collection data uses (1) detail interview (2) observation (3) survey and (4) documentation. To get the cridibility of valid data the writer uses (1) the extension of study in the research location (2) the intensive observation (3) using the triangulation test. The data analysis is done during the collecting data and after the collecting data using categories coding as the development of coding and selecting data.
