ABSTRAK Parmadiyanti Endah. 2017. Studi Keterlaksanaan Pembelajaran Remedial Pada Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Negeri Kota Malang. Syaad Patmanthara M.Pd Kata Kunci Pembelajaran Remedial SMK Malang. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial di SMK memiliki beberapa tantangan diantaranya keterbatasan sarana prasarana penunjang remedial keterbatasan waktu keterbatasan guru dan peserta didik. Kasus ini membutuhkan kepiawaian guru dalam merancang melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran peserta didik tetap semangat belajar. Maka dari itu diadakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial. Hasil analisis tingkat keterlaksanaan ini digunakan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial di SMK Negeri Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri di Kota Malang jurusan TKJ. Jumlah populasi sebesar 492 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan teknik Probability Sampling yaitu Simple Cluster Sampling dan menggunakan teori dari Herry King dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% menetapkan 230 responden yang terdiri dari guru dan peserta didik di SMK Negeri Kota Malang. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan lembar observasi dokumen RPP guru. Hasil penelitian menemukan (a) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial jika ditinjau dari perencanaan pembelajaran masuk kategori tinggi dengan persentase 50 44%. Hasil tinggi pada variabel perencanaan pembelajaran juga ditunjang oleh hasil observasi dokumen RPP guru yang tinggi (b) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial jika ditinjau dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran masuk kategori rendah dengan persentase 50% (c) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial jika ditinjau dari evaluasi pembelajaran masuk kategori tinggi dengan persentase 55 65%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial masih rendah dibagian pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Namun pada bagian perencanaan dan evaluasi sudah masuk kategori tinggi meskipun belum signifikan. Adapun faktor yang mendukung keterlaksanaan pembelajaran remedial adalah indikator yang menunjukkan kategori tinggi pada hasil analisis instrumen. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pembelajaran remedial ditunjukkan oleh hasil analisis indikator yang masuk kategori rendah. ABSTRACT Parmadiyanti Endah. 2017. Syaad Patmanthara M.Pd Keywords Remedial Learning SMK (Vocational High School) Malang The implementation of remedial learning in SMK (Vocational High School) has many challenges such as limited facilities and infrastructures to support remedial learning limited time limited teacher and learner. This case needs teacher s skills in designing implementing and evaluating learning thus the learners still have spirit to study. Therefore it was conducted by a research aims to know implementation level of remedial learning. Analysis result to this implementation level used to know factors that affect the implementation of remedial learning in SMK Negeri (Public Vocational High School) of Malang City. This research was quantitative descriptive research and conducted in SMK Negeri of Malang City Department of Computer and Network Engineering. Population in this research was 492 respondents. Sample determination in this research performed by using probability sampling technique which is Simple Cluster Sampling and used Herry King s theory with error level of 5% where this research determined 230 respondents consisted of teachers and learners in SMK Negeri of Malang City. Data collection instruments in this research were questionnaire and observation sheets of teacher s Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) document. The research result found that (a) the implementation of remedial learning seen from its learning plan included into high category with percentage of 50.44%. The high result of learning plan variable also supported by high observation result of teacher s Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) document (b) the implementation of remedial learning seen from its learning implementation included into low category with percentage of 50% (c) the implementation of remedial learning seen from its learning evaluation included into high category with percentage of 55.65%. Conclusion in this research was the implementation of remedial learning still included into low category towards its learning implementation aspect. However in the learning plan and learning evaluation aspect had included into high category although it was not significant yet. Supporting factors in the implementation of remedial learning were indicators showed high category in the result of instrument analysis. While obstacle factors in the implementation of remedial learning showed by the result of indicator analysis that included into low category.
