This study aims to examine the dedication of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Walisongo and the dynamics they face in an effort to develop community awareness of the importance of education in Karangsari Village Bantur District Malang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with teachers and foundation managers observation of education and dedication activities and documentation studies as supporting data.The results show that teachers dedication fuelled by moral and spiritual values plays a central role in building community awareness of the importance of education. Teachers not only act as teachers but also as agents of social change who encourage the transformation of people s perspectives. They face various challenges such as economic limitations low interest in continuing education and the dichotomy between religious and general education. Nevertheless their dedication based on religious values loyalty to kiai figures and social spirit encourage them to continue to contribute actively. Through value-based approaches and inclusive programmes such as scholarships and tuition fee waivers the teachers have facilitated a paradigm shift in the community where education is increasingly seen as an important means to achieve sustainable social and economic change
