Persons with disabilities are individuals who need to be given their rights inclusively one of which is through the struggle of the New Social Movement (NSM). This research aims to examine how the Disability Inclusion Group (KID) of Polehan Village Malang City as a New Social Movement (NSM) in fighting for the rights of persons with disabilities. This research uses a case study approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The informants of this research consisted of KID administrators KID cadres and the Head of the Polehan Village Empowerment Section. The New Social Movement Theory (NSM) by Rajendra Singh was used as a discussion analysis knife. The results of this study show that the Polehan Disability Inclusion Group (KID) can be classified as a New Social Movement (NSM) that focuses on identity orientation. Polehan KID is oriented towards the struggle for the identity rights of persons with disabilities such as the right to health education social acceptance and independence. The collective identity of KID Polehan is formed through common interests values feelings and shared goals between persons with disabilities families and other supporting actors. Solidarity in Polehan KID is reflected in the practice of mutual support between members both through the implementation of disability posyandu skills empowerment and through volunteer networks that facilitate access to health services for people with disabilities. Finally the commitment of KID members can be seen in their active involvement in various community activities consistency in program implementation and continued support from the village and related institutions. Social capital is a key factor in strengthening the Polehan Disability Inclusion Group (KID). Internal solidarity cross-community networks and government support shape the trust norms and networks that drive collective action.
