Environmental education about vital but vulnerable estuarine ecosystems requires engaging and interactive learning media to foster deep understanding and conservation awareness. This study addresses this need through the development and validation of Na-La and The Treants of Kuala a digital narrative game designed as an innovative educational tool for estuarine ecosystem conservation. Using Research and Development (R amp D) methodology the game underwent a comprehensive validation process involving subject matter experts and media experts followed by user evaluation with secondary school students to measure its practical application. The results show high validity from expert assessments confirming the accuracy of the educational content and technical quality of the media. In addition the game received very positive responses from teachers and students who considered it an engaging and effective learning tool. These findings indicate that Na-La and The Treants of Kuala are viable interactive learning environments for improving ecological literacy and promoting conservation values.
