This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of East Java cricket athletes about sports injury first aid including understanding the PRICE POLICE and PEACE amp LOVE methods. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 20 East Java Pre-PON cricket athletes which were taken using the total sampling technique. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire that has been validated including 20 questions related to the understanding of each method. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Pearson percentages and correlations. The results showed that 70% of athletes had a high level of knowledge of the PPCO method while the majority of the understanding of the PRICE and POLICE methods was in the sufficient category (80% and 90%). In the PEACE amp LOVE method 50% of athletes are in the category of moderate 45% are high and only 5% are very high. A significant positive correlation was found between the understanding of the PPCO and PRICE methods and the PEACE amp LOVE method. The conclusion of this study states that although the basic understanding is quite good advanced training is still needed to strengthen mastery of more complex and applicable first aid methods in the field.
