This study aims to determine accounting teachers perceptions of the implementation of 21st-century skills (4C) at SMK PGRI 1 Tulungagung based on their teaching experience. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with four accounting teachers and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that accounting teachers perceptions of 21st-century skills consist of critical thinking and problem-solving skills communication skills collaboration skills and creativity and innovation skills. Teachers perceptions of critical thinking and problem-solving skills are based on the use of discovery learning and problem-based learning methods while discussion methods and teacher-provided communication examples are used to develop communication skills. Collaboration is carried out through peer learning and interaction between teachers and students. Creativity and innovation are encouraged through technology-based learning media using PowerPoint applications and flipbooks. These findings emphasize the importance of improving teacher competency and integrating technology more optimally to prepare students to face the challenges of the disruptive era.
