The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of internal locus of control and adversity quotient on the work readiness of vocational school students majoring in Accounting in Malang City. The research employed a quantitative explanatory method with the subjects consisting of 12th-grade Accounting students from vocational high schools in Malang City. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that internal locus of control and adversity quotient each have a positive and significant effect on students rsquo work readiness
