This study aims to determine the effect of the team-based learning model on the learning outcomes and cooperation skills of accounting students. This study is based on Lev Vygotsky s social constructivism theory. The research method used is a quasi-experiment. There were 72 students who participated in this study. They were divided into two groups namely the experimental class with 36 students and the control class with 36 students. This study used purposive sampling as the data collection technique. The results of the study indicate that the team-based learning model has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes and cooperation skills of accounting students.
