This study aims to produce Arabic learning media development and test the feasibility of interactive web-based media development products for reading (maharah qira ah) and speaking (maharah kala m) skills of grade XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo and. The development model used is ADDIE which includes five main stages Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation. At the analysis stage it was found that students and teachers need media that is flexible attractive and supports independent learning. The design stage resulted in the design of the interface and web features such as audio vocabulary numbered reading texts conversation videos and interactive quizzes. In the development stage a media called Ihya al-Lughah was created using the Laravel framework validated by media and material experts. The implementation stage was carried out through a limited trial to grade XI students and the evaluation stage was carried out formatively and summatively to assess the effectiveness and improvement of the media. The validation results showed that the media received a feasibility score of 80% from media experts 72.5% from material experts 74% from students and 92.5% from teachers all of which were in the ldquo feasible rdquo to ldquo very feasible rdquo category. This media is considered capable of increasing students motivation and understanding in learning Arabic especially in the aspects of qira ah and kala m. Thus Ihya alLughah is worth using as an alternative learning media that is effective interactive and in accordance with 21st century learning needs.
