This study aims to develop an educational game-based learning media called PANCAPOLI as a tool to enhance fifth-grade elementary school students rsquo understanding of Pancasila values. The research employed a Research and Development (R amp D) method by adapting the steps of Borg and Gall rsquo s model. The research process consisted of needs analysis design product development expert validation and field trials. The validation results indicated that PANCAPOLI was deemed feasible with an excellent category in terms of content design and usability. Limited trials also showed that this game was able to increase students rsquo engagement in applying Pancasila values in their daily lives. Thus PANCAPOLI learning media can be considered an innovative alternative to support the learning process of Pancasila Education in elementary schools.
