Keywords implementation pancasila student profile (P5) program indonesia culture festival national character In the era of globalization the world of education is faced with major challenges where students are not only required to excel academically but also to possess a strong sense of national character. This aligns with the policy of the Ministry of Education Culture Research and Technology which through the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the importance of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) as the foundation for shaping a generation that is faithful devoted virtuous independent critical creative collaborative and globally-minded in diversity. One of the strategies used in implementing P5 is project-based learning. At SMKN 1 Rejotangan this strategy is realized through the Indonesia Culture Festival. This activity serves not only as a platform for cultural expression and student creativity but also as contextual learning that instills national values through direct experience. This study aims to describe the implementation of the P5 Program through the Indonesia Culture Festival in fostering students rsquo national character. The festival is expected not merely to be a ceremonial event but also a learning platform that integrates Pancasila values into arts and culture. The research focuses on (1) the implementation of the P5 program through the Indonesia Culture Festival (2) the values contained in the implementation of the p5 program through the Indonesia Culture Festival (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the festival and (4) efforts to overcome challenges in carrying out the P5 program through the Indonesia Culture Festival. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews observation and documentation. Data analysis applied the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction data display and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was strengthened through source technique and time triangulation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the P5 program through the Indonesia Culture Festival in fostering students rsquo national character consists of several stages. Planning is carried out by determining the theme objectives schedule and activity design. Organizing is conducted by forming a work structure establishing the implementation team and dividing tasks roles and responsibilities. Implementation is realized through cultural festivals featuring traditional dances fashion shows bazaars and student exhibitions. Evaluation is conducted after the event through reflection assessment of P5 achievement feedback and identification of challenges as a basis for improvement in future events. The values embedded in the implementation of the P5 program include raising cultural awareness and strengthening togetherness fostering self-confidence shaping creative and innovative character enhancing students rsquo creativity developing innovative ideas producing works appreciating local culture loving Indonesian culture promoting mutual cooperation and building teamwork skills. Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the P5 program through the Indonesia Culture Festival include supporting factors such as the principal rsquo s support collaborative teachers and organizing team students rsquo enthusiasm and active participation parental involvement and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors include differences in teachers rsquo understanding of the P5 concept as not all teachers fully comprehend it leading to varied practices in its implementation. To overcome these challenges the school makes efforts by organizing various forms of internal training to improve teachers rsquo competence and understanding of P5 implementation. These include in-house training mentoring activities workshops teacher participation in official government training programs the use of modules as guidelines student mentoring and engaging activities. Based on the research findings it is recommended that the school continue strengthening support for the implementation of P5 through culture-based activities such as the Indonesia Culture Festival while also improving teachers rsquo capacity through continuous training. Moreover involving the community and external stakeholders is essential to further develop the program enhance its competitiveness and ensure a sustainable impact on building students rsquo national character. Based on the research findings it is recommended that schools continue to strengthen support for P5 implementation through culture-based activities such as the Indonesia Culture Festival as well as improve teacher capacity through continuous training. In addition involving the community and external stakeholders is necessary to further develop the program enhance its competitiveness and provide a sustainable impact on fostering students rsquo national character.
