p Low levels of organizational commitment among employees cannot be taken lightly as the resulting impact can disrupt the stability and overall performance of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work-life balance on organizational commitment using a quantitative-based method with an explanatory quantitative approach. Generation Z employees in Indonesia constitute the population in this study. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The instruments used have been adapted by Sulistiawan et al. (2020) with the Organizational Commitment Scale from Allen amp Meyer (2013). Furthermore for job satisfaction which has been adapted by the researcher the scale used is the Job Satisfaction Scale (Spector 1997). and for work-life balance the Work-Life Balance Scale by Fisher (2009) was used which was adapted by Gunawan et al. (2023). The research findings concluded that job satisfaction and work-life balance have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment with a significance level of 0.000 lt 0.05 /p
