p The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of work motivation on employee counterproductive work behavior. The quantitative method was used with a correlational causality design. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the Motivation at Work Scale (MAWS) to measure work motivation and Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) to measure counterproductive work behavior. Data were analyzed using simple quadratic nonlinear regression analysis technique. The sample of this study was 150 employees of PT Kampung Coklat Blitar. The results showed that work motivation had an effect on counterproductive work behavior with a sig. value of 0.00 /p
