p Farmers in Tasikmadu Village in Malang City have experienced crop losses over the past 5 years. Damage to irrigation canals results in rice fields experiencing a shortage of water supply during the dry season and submerged in water during the rainy season. This research has the objectives of (1) evaluating the physical condition of the tertiary canal in the Turi Irrigation Area Tasikmadu Village Malang City (2) analyzing the performance of the tertiary canal in the Turi Irrigation Area Tasikmadu Village Malang City and (3) analyzing the efficiency of water flow in the tertiary canal of the Turi Irrigation Area Tasikmadu Village Malang City. This study uses the observation method to determine and evaluate the physical condition of the canal as well as to determine the value of canal performance based on Permen PUPR No.12/PRT/M/2015. The efficiency value is calculated using the ratio of the outflow discharge at the end of the canal to the inflow discharge at the beginning of the canal. The discharge data obtained is analyzed for consistency using the RAPS (Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums) test. The results of this study are (1) the physical condition of the tertiary canal in the Turi Irrigation Area Tasikmadu Village Malang City has decreased in the form of canal narrowing cracks seepage canal walls overgrown with wild mud and moss and there are sediments in the form of sand mud and garbage. (2) The performance of the right canal is 86.04% and the left canal is 88.39% both canals are in the good category. (3) The efficiency of the right canal is 69.143% and the left canal is 98.957% which means that the left canal meets the criteria while the right canal does not meet the minimum efficiency value criteria of 80%. /p
