p Half slab is a method of working on floor plates consisting of a combination of precast for the bottom of the plate and cast in place for the top of the plate (Pandjaitan amp Zuhdy 2023). The advantages of the half slab method are reducing the use of formwork shorter processing time (Dewi amp Sukobar 2022) and can be a solution to overcome the difficulty of connecting reinforcement between plates (Rahmadia amp Tarigan 2022) . The objectives the research are (1) describe the dominant factors causing delays in the production of half slabs for the UIN 3 Batu City project using the RII AHP and ANP methods (2) determine the comparison of the joint comparative test of the dominant factors of delays in the production of half slabs using the RII AHP and ANP methods. (3) determine the comparison of pairwise comparative tests of the dominant factors of delays in the production of half slabs using the RII method with AHP (4) to know the pairwise comparative test comparison of the dominant factor of half slab production delay of RII method with ANP (5) to know the pairwise comparative test comparison of the dominant factor of half slab production delay of AHP method with ANP. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents and returning 21. The data results are processed using 3 methods namely the RII method using Ms Excel AHP using Expert Choice software and ANP using Super Decision software. The results of the analysis of the three methods were then tested for normality homogeneity ANOVA One Way and Tukey manually and computationally using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of the research on the dominant factors causing delays in half slab production using the RII method are (1) rainy weather with a weight of 0.819 (2) late approval of materials with a weight of 0.819 (3) design errors by planners with a weight of 0.810 AHP method namely (1) lack of construction materials with a weight of 0.412 (2) design errors by planners with a weight of 0.582 (3) late approval of materials with a weight of 0.579 ANP method namely (1) design errors by planners with a weight of 0.548 (2) lack of construction materials 0.389 (3) lack of control over material calculations with a weight of 0.390. The joint comparative test resulted in sig. 0.00 /p
