p This study analyzes the influence of financial literacy and income management on the perception of credit service quality in MSMEs assisted by Bank Indonesia in Malang. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach using a survey method and applying a saturated sampling technique with a sample consisting of 63 MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the partial effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that financial literacy does not have a significant influence on the perception of credit service quality. Conversely income has a significant influence on the perception of credit service quality. This finding implies that efforts to improve income management among MSMEs are a key factor in encouraging them to access financing through credit. /p
