Various aspects from within the student to the external environment affect how ready VHS graduates are for work. Internal aspects include drive to succeed and interest in a particular field aptitude and skills. Meanwhile external factors include vocational training career guidance and support from parents and teachers. This study aims to examine the impact of three factors on students readiness to work namely achievement motivation vocational training and career guidance. Achievement motivation is the driving force for students to achieve outstanding outcomes. Vocational training is an activity that aims to develop students skills in accordance with their chosen vocational field. Career guidance is an activity that aims to support students in designing and developing their career path. Quantitative approach with ex-post facto design was applied in this study. The research sample involved the entire population of class XII students of Building Modelling and Information Design Expertise Competency (DPIB) at VHS 1 Bendo Magetan with a total of 72 students. The data collection process was conducted through a questionnaire instrument distributed electronically using the Google Forms platform. For data analysis this study used multiple linear regression analysis technique. The findings of this study show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation and work readiness of XII DPIB students of VHS 1 Bendo Magetan. This is supported by a significance value of 0.012 lt 0.05 and a positive tcount value of 2.557 (2) Vocational training also has a positive and significant influence on the work readiness of students of class XII DPIB VHS 1 Bendo Magetan. This is supported by a significance value of 0.001
