This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional and spiritual intelligence on students rsquo job readiness both directly and indirectly through fieldwork practice experience as a mediating variable. The high unemployment rate among vocational high school (SMK) graduates indicated a gap between graduates rsquo competencies and labor market demands. Job readiness is influenced by various non-technical factors such as emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with fieldwork practice experience serving as a bridge between personal intelligence and job readiness. This research employed a quantitative approach using the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS 4 software. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 45 validated items. The sample comprised 68 students who had completed their fieldwork experience in the Building Department of SMKN 1 Blitar. The results showed that spiritual intelligence significantly influenced job readiness both directly and indirectly through fieldwork experience. Conversely emotional intelligence did not have a significant effect on job readiness either directly or indirectly. In addition fieldwork experience had a significant effect on job readiness. These findings indicate that spiritual intelligence and fieldwork experience are important factors in shaping vocational students job readiness. Therefore vocational education should optimize the development of spiritual intelligence and enhance the implementation of fieldwork programs in a sustainable manner.
