This study aims to see the influence of internship interpersonal skills moderated by work motivation on work readiness of accounting vocational high schools in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative explanation with a sample of 165 students from five accounting vocational high schools in Malang City. The sampling technique uses proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses moderated regression analysis. The research findings show that internship has a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Interpersonal skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of. Work motivation cannot strengthen the effect of internship on work readiness. Work motivation cannot strengthen the effect of interpersonal skills on work readiness.
