This research stands apart from earlier studies because it emphasizes digital competence as a moderating factor in how employability skills self efficacy and career adaptability interact aiming to link these elements to the modern context. The study gathered data through a quantitative survey involving 89 final year students from office administration education study program using simple random sampling and analyzing the results with SEM PLS structural equation techniques. This study revealed that employability skills self-efficacy and digital competence significantly influence career adaptability. However digital competence did not effectively control the impact of employability skills self-efficacy on career adaptability thus it is viewed as a predictor variable in this research. This study provides an understanding for students and educational institutions to optimize aspects that can strenghten students career adaptability. These aspects include employability skills self efficacy and digital competency that can support students in preparing themselves and adapting to the demands of a dynamic job market.
